A shared promise.
Every departure.

Guests who choose a familiar concept bring clear expectations with them. At Viking, my responsibility was to deliver that confidence departure after departure, for a whole season.

01 / The guest promise

The confidence of knowing what to expect.

Viking’s ships share one design and one service concept, so guests always have a familiar base from which to explore each destination.

Delivering that reliability, departure after departure, takes close coordination between every hotel department and a crew that knows exactly what the standard is.

As Hotel Manager, I led the restaurant, the Aquavit Terrace, the bar, housekeeping and guest services through back-to-back departures.

My job was to turn the fleet standard into a well-run day: clear handovers, shared priorities, and support for the crew when the season got long.

03 / The work in practice

The daily work of consistency.

Where the concept met
the daily operation.

01

One hotel operation

Coordinating dining, bar, housekeeping and guest services so each department understood its part in the guest’s day.

02

A clear standard

Turning a shared concept into practical expectations, and checking that what guests experienced matched them.

03

Season-long leadership

Supporting department heads and crew through successive departures, with attention to communication, preparation and follow-through.

What I bring to your operation

Consistency is something a team builds together.

I help operators make their standards clear enough to deliver and practical enough to sustain. That means looking at the leadership, handovers and routines that carry the people responsible for the experience.
